Yoga & Ayurveda Essentials 4-week Course

This course combines weekly Ayur-yoga classes, interactive Ayurveda workshops, and a one-to-one wellness review check-in with yours truly to not only asses your state of health and physical alignment, but also gives you personalized recommendations to follow at home off the mat.*

Each week you’ll learn a simple Ayurvedic practice to use on a daily basis to improve your state of mind and restore your vitality. You’ll learn how the elements of Nature work within your body and connect you intimately with the natural world, and how to optimize your own diet and lifestyle to restore the energy and good mood that is your birthright!

*This program is hybrid, so you can attend it all online, or come practice in community for the weekly yoga practice at a private home location in Mt Washington. Address will be provided after registration.

  • One private Wellness Check-In with Maya: 30-minutes each {$100 value}

  • Two live, interactive Ayurveda workshops: 90 minutes each
