It’s Sunday, time to Unwind!
It’s Sunday, time for some self-care with my signature Hatha yoga class featuring alignment-based instruction, longer holds, and deep stretching and breathing. This class is a great way to unwind and be refreshed for the week ahead. Each class will focus on aligning and mobilizing one or more areas of the body, and will include slow-paces asana, pranayama (breath work) and simple, enjoyable meditation, and close with deep rest in a restorative pose.
This new weekly class will be held Sundays at 10:30-11:30am.
Join class in person (space is limited to 8 per class), or online via Zoom from wherever life finds you.
All of my classes offer you plenty of personalized instruction with my 15+ years of experience to guide you to better physical, mental and emotional alignment with asana (physical postures), pranayama (breath control), and meditation techniques.

In person class pricing:
Class packs of 4 classes can only be used for Maya’s weekly group yoga classes, are valid for 60 days, and cannot be used for any special events or workshops such as the therapy balls workshops or New Moon Reset. I will roll over up to one unused credit when you purchase a new pack by the original pack’s expiration date.
Online class pricing:
Online class packs are only valid for ONLINE attendance to my weekly group classes via Zoom. These credits are not valid for special events or workshops. Class packs expire after 60 days. I will roll over up to one unused credit when you purchase a new pack by the original pack’s expiration date.
