Yoga Essentials Course


In this 6-week course, I have distilled the essential practices of asana, breathing and meditation that are easy to do and get you the most results when practiced consistently. This course is for a small group of no more than five women who are ready to commit to learning these effective practices and feel the powerful results in their lives.

The course includes:

  • Weekly 90minute Saturday in person all-levels yoga classes (can also be attended live online)

  • Weekly 30minute Monday morning intention setting and meditation sessions (online only)

  • A 1:1 online intention setting counseling call with me

  • All sessions will be recorded and available to participants to practice whenever you want for 3 months

$199 for the 6-week course, save $50 when you sign up by January 2.
