Body Care: a Self-Massage Workshop

at People’s Yoga studio in East LA

A 90-minute deep stretch and self-massage workshop (for the full body). 30 minutes of gentle movement and deep stretching to warm up, followed by 45 minutes of self-massage with therapy balls and 15 minutes of rest in a restorative pose.

Sunday March 10th from 4-5:30pm
